1.HDM钢热处理工艺研究                 作者:刘树勋,李培杰,曾文本
摘要:通过选择不同固溶、时效温度组合,对新型镁合金压铸用模具钢(HDM)的组织及性能和热处理工艺之间的关系进行了详细的探讨,确定出HDM钢最佳固溶时效热处理工艺为(1100±10)×1h+(700+10)×2h。

Abstract:Choosing different solution temperature and ageing temperature,effects of  heat treatment process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of a new type of steel HDM for magnesium die casting have been studies in details. Based on these studies, a  optimum heat treatment process was determined, which is solution-treated at 1100 for 1h and aged at 700 for 2h.

2.热等离子弧对钢表面淬硬深度的影响           作者:赵程,田丰,侯俊英
摘要:有3种连接方式可以用于等离子弧的表面淬火工艺:转移弧、非转移弧和联合弧。本文对比了这3中连接方式的等离子弧对表面淬硬深度的影响。试验结果表明,转移弧和联合弧的加热效率比较高,可以获得比非转移弧更深的淬硬深度。但小口径的非转移弧或联合弧的电弧燃烧稳定,比较适合于等离子弧淬火处理。

Abstract:There were three connection methods of therma1 plasma arc, which were transferred arc, non-transferred arc and comined arc. The effects of different connection methods of thermal plasm arc on hardening dePth of
stee1 were studied. The exPerimental results shoW that transferred arc and comined arc have higher heating effi-ciency and larger hardening depth comared with non-transferred arc. But the arc stability of the comined arc and non-transferred arc with smaller orifice diameter is higher than that of transferred arc, and they are more suitable for the hardening treatment by p1asma arc.

4.纳米金刚石复合镀铬层的摩擦学性能        作者:鹏竹琴
摘要:
利用复合电镀的方法在45钢表面镀覆纳米金刚石复合镀铬层。利用扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪分析了镀层的形貌和组织结构;利用MHK-500型油润滑摩擦磨损试验机测定了镀层的摩擦学性能。结果表明,镀层主要由α-Cr组成;纳米金刚石粉的加入提高了镀层的硬度和耐磨性,镀层厚度为27μm时的耐磨性最佳。

Abstract:The chromium based nanc-diarnond composite coating was prepared on the surface of plain carben steel by composite plating process. The appearance, hardness and structure were analyzed and wear tests on a ring-on-block wear testing machine under lubrication were carried out. The addition of nano--diamond improved the hard-ness and wear resistance of composite coatings. The maximurn hardness and wear resistance could be obtained when the thickness of composite coating reached 27μm.

5.非稳态脉冲电流对Q235钢组织均匀化的影响        作者:曹丽云,王建中,杨晓平,刘兴江
摘要:
研究了Q235钢在非稳态脉冲电流作用下正火后组织的变化。结果表明,脉冲电流可以使Q235钢的正火组织均匀化。随着脉冲电压和脉冲频率的增加,其组织均匀化程度也增加。初步研究了在固态相变中,脉冲电流使组织均匀化的机理。

Abstract:This paper deals with the structural change of Q235 steel nonder nonsteady pulse electric current during normlizing. The result indicated that the pulse electric current can homogenize structure of Q235 stee1, as the increase of pulse voltage and pulse frequency, the homogenization effect is enhanced. The mechanism that pulse electric current homogenize the structure of solid transformation was discussed.
