摘要:本文是第八届全国高能热处理学会年会(2001年9月,青岛)的总结。根据会议发表的论文及作者自己的工作,从用于热处理和表面改性的高密度能量源,相变硬化以及熔覆和合金化三个方面论述了近年来高能密度热处理的进展。

Abstract:This paper is a summarization of the 8th congress of high density energy heat treatment in Chhina(2001.9,Qingdao).According to the papers of this congress and author's research works, the development of high density energy heat treatment has been discussed from three respects of high density energy sources for heat treatment and surface modification,transformation hardening, cladding and alloying.

Abstract:This paper deals with the sulpurizing mechanism,the structure and friction of sulphrized layer of steel and iron. Prexently,the typical process treatment includes:solid sulphurizing,liquid sulphurizing,liquid sulphurizing and gas sulphurizing,which industrial application and future development are reviewed.

摘要:
介绍了加弧辉光离子渗钛技术,利用此技术在纯铜表面形成一层均匀的渗钛层,探讨了纯铜渗钛后渗层的组织特征、渗层合金成分分布、渗层的组成及其显微硬度分布。

Abstract:In this paper,a new surface alloying technique,are-added glow discharge ion titanizing technique is introduced.Titanizing layer is formed on the surface of pure copper by the technique.The mictostructure.The mictostructure,concentration,phases structure and the distribution of micro-hardness of titanizing layer are studied.

4.传剑齿条的热处理工艺改进        作者:鹏竹琴
摘要:
剑杆织机传剑齿条是结构特殊的零件,材料用球墨铸铁,原热处理工艺为石墨化退火+调质+高频淬火,由于球墨铸铁导热性差,弹性模量大,热处理后的齿条畸变严重,无法加工使用。同时因齿条形状特殊,高频淬火时易将齿部完全淬透,不能满足用户要求。本文根据对该零件的失效分析,改进了热处理工艺。实践证明改进后的热处理工艺是可行的。

Abstract:The rocker of rapier loom is a component with a special structure and made of spheroidal graphite cast iron.Its original heat treament processes were graphitizing annealing,quenching and tempering,then high-frequency hardening.Since the spheroidal graphite cast iron has low thermal conductivity and big elastics modules,the distortion of rocker occurred during heat tretment,at the same time the rocker's teeth was fully quenched easily by high-frequency quenching.In this paper,the heat tretment process was improved according to the failure analysis of the racker,The result shows that the improved heat tretment process is effective.
